Main Characters
Solid Snake - The new Recruit in Fox - Hound. This was his first mission as a member of Fox Hound, Big Boss personally picked him to do this thinking that he wouldn't get far.
Big Boss - He is the chief Commander in charge of Fox-Hound. He created Fox-Hound after being in the likes of the SAS and green Beret. He also fought in the African civil war where he created the Fortress Nation. 'Outer Heaven'
Grey Fox - 2nd in command of Fox-Hound. Trusted member of Big Boss and friend to Solid Snake. He shows Snake the ropes when he first starts. He gets captured one of Snakes Objectives is too rescue Grey Fox if he is still alive. However Grey Fox is on the other side but Snake doesnt know it.
Dr. Petrovich - He was captured by Big Boss for he research on weapons of mass destruction. He was ordered to create a walking battle tank with nuclear capability (Metal Gear) one of snakes objectives is to rescue him.
Out Heaven Resistence Members
The Outer Heaven Resistence were members of the facility trying to break free of there imprisonment. These members help Snake through his mission giving advice and equipment.
Diane - Gives information on the type of weapons and mercenaires in 'Outer Heaven'
Jennifer - Helps Snake in other ways
Kyle Schneider - Helps Snake on the layout of 'Outer Heaven'
